Almond Cookies
Melt in your mouth decadent, and full of rich, almond flavor, our Almond Cookies are the perfect treat!
Because these cookies are made in a facility that also produces varieties of cookies made with wheat flour, we cannot absolutely guarantee against cross-contamination, but we follow best practices to avoid it, including:
* The use of dedicated baking pans for almond cookies (never used for wheat-based cookies)
* The thorough cleaning of all surfaces, before and after almond cookie production, including the mixer, work surfaces, and most importantly the bowls, beaters, scoops, and other implements
*Glove and apron changes, whenever cross-contamination is possible
